By accessing this website and registering for our competitions, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Famous Art Gallery if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. General Terms of Participation
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Participant", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Famous Art Gallery.
- Participation is open to all Indian citizens residing within the 28 States and 8 Union Territories.
- The age limits for respective categories must be strictly adhered to. We reserve the right to demand age proof (Aadhar/Birth Certificate) if required.
- All submissions must be the original creation of the participant. Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification and a lifetime ban from the platform.
2. Registration and Fees
To successfully participate in the competition, users must complete the registration process and pay the required processing fee.
- The registration and processing fee is clearly stated on the registration page and is subject to change at the discretion of the management.
- Payment must be made through our authorized payment gateways (UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).
- Registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the payment is successful. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
We deeply respect the creative ownership of our artists. The copyright of the artwork submitted remains entirely with the artist.
However, by submitting your artwork to Famous Art Gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the artwork on our website, social media channels, and digital e-magazines for promotional and archival purposes.
4. Jury and Evaluation
The evaluation of all submitted artworks will be conducted by a panel of independent, veteran artists and educators appointed by Famous Art Gallery.
- The decisions made by the jury are final, binding, and non-contestable.
- We do not entertain any requests for re-evaluation or justification of scores.
- Artwork will be judged based on creativity, originality, technique, and overall impact based on the respective category guidelines.
5. Disqualification and Prohibited Content
We maintain a family-friendly and professional platform. Any participant found violating the rules will be disqualified without a refund.
- Submitting artwork that contains offensive, discriminatory, adult, or politically sensitive material.
- Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate art and submitting it under traditional categories (Hand-drawn, Painting, etc.). AI art is ONLY permitted in the designated 'AI Art' category.
- Submitting false personal information or uploading fake payment screenshots.
6. Prizes and Dispatches
Winners will be announced on the officially declared result dates on our website and social media platforms.
- Cash prizes will be transferred directly to the winner's bank account or UPI ID.
- Physical medals, trophies, and premium hardcopy certificates will be dispatched to the postal address provided during registration.
- The Company is not responsible for non-delivery of items if the address provided by the user is incorrect or incomplete.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Famous Art Gallery, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of your participation in the event, including server downtime, lost data, or missed deadlines due to technical failures.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan for the resolution of any disputes.
